Billy & Emilie

We are Billy and Emilie Keene and we are the franchisees of Simple Plan Columbia. Physical activity has been a part of each of our lives since we were single digits. We both played sports competitively up until our early 20s. However, it wasn’t until we were older that we became more conscious about our food choices. Ultra-processed, bioengineered, and genetically modified organism (GMO) food ingredients were leaving us tired, bloated and experiencing brain fog. This, along with being the parents of two busy boys who are heavily involved in sports, left little time for healthy meal prep. Grabbing/preparing whatever was convenient and quick was our solution, which was usually an unhealthy choice. 

The concept behind Simple Plan Foods; real food, made fresh, flavorful, and super convenient for on-the-go people, spoke to us in a way that no other meal option had. Our goal is to bring this alternative to the Columbia area for those individuals who share similar challenges or are looking to make a lifestyle change. We look forward to serving you and supporting your journey, whatever that may be, in the years to come!

The Simple Plan Nutrition Philosophy is, well...SIMPLE. We have a focus on controlling calories through high quality ingredients and aim for at least 30 grams of high quality protein per meal. The other component that often gets overlooked, is getting enough fiber...we got you covered!
